Check-in Portugal is part of the company Número Urbano Lda, active in tourist rental since 1998.

Our goal is to maximize the profitability of your property through short term leases, with our multidisciplinary team able to provide assistance in all phases of the business.

We manage all the services involved in short term rental, we propose a stress free solution.

We have an extensive experience in leasing for tourist purposes, having managed to meet the needs of our property owners. We are aware that an incessant search for the best practices and constant adaptations are essential so that we can maximize the profitability of your property and collaborate with owners throughout the Algarve.

We know how important it is for our guests to rent a holiday home, where the most important thing is not the lowest price, but the best price, that is, the quality/price/performance ratio in balance. All our properties are well maintained, clean and equipped as these are the important details to ensure a comfortable stay. We care about our guests, offering 24-hour assistance in all types of emergencies.

OUR MAIN SERVICES

Cleanings

To guarantee the maximum degree of satisfaction of our guests, we have teams that provide a complete cleaning and laundry service. Our inspection team will also make regular home visits to minimize the likelihood of unnecessary complaints or incidents.

Maintenance

We have a team that provides all maintenance and repair services, always informing the owner about the content of the respective budgets and costs involved.

Optionally, we also offer a gardening and pool maintenance service.

Laundry

We have our own laundry, built from scratch with the latest washing technology, to provide a high level of care and cleaning of the bed linen and towels that we place in all the properties we manage.

Reservations

We are fully integrated into national and international markets. We achieved it thanks to our partnership with various tour operators, travel agencies, specialized online sites and extensive databases that we have built up over all these years since the beginning of our activity.

Check-in/out

When checking in, we always charge a deposit to guarantee the repair or replacement of what was damaged in case of damage. After check-out we carry out an inspection of the property, giving us the opportunity to check the state in which guests left the property.
